Please bring your insurance information with you to every appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement. If you are already a patient and have had a change in benefits or employer, please provide the new information at your child’s next appointment.
Financial Policy
Our practice offers a wide range of payment options including financing through Care Credit. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs.
Flex Care Planning for Orthodontia is available at our office. Maximize your tax savings! Now is the time to begin planning your Health Care Reimbursement accounts for next year. Most employers require your Health Care Reimbursement account decisions for the next year beginning in October.
If you think your children or other family members might be ready to begin active orthodontic treatment, don't wait to schedule an appointment. We will need to perform a complete evaluation to determine the treatment plan for your child or family member.
At this evaluation, we will be able to review the financial information to enable you to plan the necessary funds to maximize your tax savings through next year's Health Care Reimbursement account.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will also work directly with your bank to set up automatic withdrawal from your checking account to save you time.
